Little Rock: Dogs and cats older than four months must be vaccinated for Rabies and licensed annually. The license fee for unsterilized pets is $32.50 and $10 for sterilized.

North Little Rock, Jacksonville & Maumelle: Dogs and cats must be licensed annually. The annual license fee for unsterilized pets is $30 and $5 for sterilized. In Jacksonville there is no licensing charge if your pet has an implanted information chip.

Conway: The annual license fee for unsterilized pets is $20 and $10 for sterilized.  

Cabot: The annual license fee for unsterilized pets is $15 and $5 for sterilized.

Benton: The annual license fee for unsterilized pets is $20 and $7 for sterilized.

Bryant: The annual license fee for unsterilized pets is $7.50 and $5 for sterilized.

Sherwood: The annual license fee for all dogs and cats is $3.
